How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on scope. Research takes 1-2 weeks. A full system implementation (all 5 services) takes 6-8 weeks. Most clients start with research + one or two services.
What does "fractional" mean?
You get senior RevOps expertise without a full-time hire. We typically work 10-20 hours/month per client, which is often all you need at early stage. Fraction of the cost, full expertise.
What tools do you work with?
HubSpot is our primary CRM. Clay for enrichment. Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist for outbound. LinkedIn Ads for paid. We integrate whatever you're already using or recommend the right stack for your stage.
Do you replace our team?
No. We augment. If you have a sales rep, we make them more effective with better data and processes. If you don't have anyone, we handle the ops so you can focus on closing.
What happens after the engagement?
You own everything we build. We document processes, train your team, and hand over clean systems. Many clients move to a lighter retainer for ongoing optimization.
